Too bad you never got to watch Salming. Not only best D man ever for the Leafs, best player ever. Guy was Lidstrom before there was Lidstrom but even better for me. Sliding poke checks, shot blocking out of this world and had a great offensive side.

A top 4 RD would be ideal for the Leafs. A 3C would move Domi up to 2LW and Holmberg down to the 4th line.

Doubt it too. Team will look different Saturday. leafs need to lose some players. They actually have too many so something has to give. This game could be a blessing to push Tre into doing something. OEL and Rielly can't be a pairing. Domi can't be 3C.
