Darryl Belfry already works regularly with Chicago Steel, as one of the two teams he has signed as a consultant with. So the Marlies are getting a coach that is already deeply invested in the development program Toronto teams under Dubas are familiar with.
 
Moore is going to work with Keefe and the Leafs till Dec. 16th to see what Keefe is looking for with the Marlies and then take over at that point.  Seems to be a winner with a similar focus to Dubas/Keefe.
