Marlies Kick Off Preseason

The first of two preseason games kicks off at 7 EST tonight against the Crunch.

Owuya is expected to play the second half of the game. The scratches include Joe Colborne, Ryan Hamilton, Dale Mitchell and Marcel Mueller as well as defencemen Jeff Finger, Korbinian Holzer and Juraj Mikus.  Along with the final cuts from the Leafs roster who will be expected to round out the roster.

I believe he was still up with the Leafs during the Marlies first preseason game.

Either that or he was on his way down - he didn't have much time to get into that first game.
