?Nashville has 3 former Leafs on their team this season. Leading the way is Ryan O'Reilly, who went to Nashville at least partly to be a top line player and so far he's delivered. He's 2nd on the team in scoring with 22 points in 26 games and has formed a solid 1st line alongside Filip Forsberg
?Next up is Luke Schenn, who was injured in Nashville's very 1st game of the season but has since returned and played in their last 7 games. His on-ice results have certainly not matched how well he performed with the Leafs last season although an early season injury obviously didn't do him any favours
?Last and maybe least (from Nashville's perspective) is Tyson Barrie. Barrie made headlines last week after being made a healthy scratch and reportedly requesting a trade away from the team. You telling me there is nothing he can do to improve this blue line without overpaying? Half this current D is crap, fill-ins, cast offs from other teams. Like I said probably cuz they keep winning when clearly not the better team so keep waiting it out till Lilly and Gio are back. Which I understand if we were losing a trade would have been made. Nonetheless the D even at full strength is a weakness.

Lagesson and Benoit have been just fine.  Nobody would have predicted that.  That said, of course we need to upgrade the backend.
