He probably won't be playing any meaningful games. I don't see him throwing his education away for a shot to play in the AHL. I think under the circumstances, the NCAA should put in a provision that allows these players over 20 to play in the AHL/ECHL so long as it's for no salary.

Ya rules were made to be broken or at least amended especially in these strange days.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the NCAA to do anything resembling the smart or fair thing to do.
