Avalanche vs. Maple Leafs - Oct. 10th, 7:00pm - SN

I'm pretty sure they tried them together two years ago before Tanev McCabe became that dominant pairing

They did but it wasn't for all that long and their advanced stats looked pretty good

Yesterday Hiller brought up unprompted that he used 11-7 a lot as coach, so I wondered when we'd see that here. I've always liked it, especially here where it would get guys like Matthews and Nylander and now maybe Marchenko or McKenna an extra shift instead of a dud 4th liner. Players don't seem to love it as much though. Hopefully it brings a good result.

I have some question marks about doing this sort of thing at altitude but it’s early in the season and getting the tops guys more puck touches is a good thing.

Great job refs.

[Guilt Trip]

44 not fast enough on that one.

[YYZ]

Good to see OEL no worse for wear.

[herman]

Good luck to that guy that laid out and got Raddyshed in the ribs

[L K]

Bob........

[azzurri63]

MacKinnon all over the ice Matthews invisible. Got as many shots as the Leafs.

[L K]

Start shooting the puck. They are looking for tap ins and Colorado is preventing those passes

[L K]

Holy smokes the number of posts this year is absurd

[Guilt Trip]

Another bullshit call.
