Leafs have to close out the year on a positive note or else they will fall out of a playoff spot. 

 
Wow.  Even steven with the WPG Jets.  Now that's hitting a benchmark of excellence, Mr. Burke.
 
It all comes down to Optimus.  With the nerves and emotion of this game, if he can keep the Jets to two goals or less, the Leafs will win.

I remember when they played Minnesota last year, and the majority of his family and friends came to see him play, he posted a 3-0 shutout win.

Even, except that the Jets have beaten Boston.  I propose that we offer to throw this game if they tell us how.

Seriously, though, I agree that all eyes are on Reimer.  But that's on the assumption that the rest of the leafs give him a chance.  To me, that means it's also a big test of Wilson's ability to keep the team focused, motivated, and confident.

At the same time that's a bit of a silly statement since Winnipeg is not a basement team according to their record.
 
Watching the Alumni game in Philly is showing the NHL how to get a handle on preventing concussions... ;)

Not feeling your optimism, Leafs have been slowly falling, not rising, more eating and drinking assistants won't change that.
Hell of a lot better than last years though, but still.....

Bozak out why not give Kadri a shot with Kessel and Lupul?  I hazard to guess he's one of the most skilled centers in the Leafs organization.
