Round 2: Vegas Golden Knights (P1) vs. Edmonton Oilers (P2)

Vegas goaltending is a question mark but if they're healthy, I think they can give the Oil fits. Getting Stone back is huge for them.

I think Vegas is going to have a harder time staying out of the box compared to the Kings and that's going to be the difference.

Vegas was the least penalized team in the league this past season. They were also 12th out of 16 teams in taken penalties per 60 mins in the playoffs. They're a very disciplined team and will have to be playing the PP merchants team.

I honestly think Vegas doesn't have much of a chance unless Edmonton's goaltending implodes.

Which there is a strong possibility of happening. I think Vegas takes this in 6.

Edmonton's goaltending/defence continues to let them down.
Have a hard time blaming Skinner last night. Wasn't a fan of the Whitecloud goal but man the seas parted for him and he had a clear path to the net. The Oilers are a PP team that don't play a good 5v5 game. Their team defence isn't good and for as great as McD is offensively he's terrible in comparison to that ability in his own zone. Like the old Oilers they try to outscore their shortcomings. If they get no PPs, they're in big trouble.

What in the world is Pietrangelo thinking?

He was thinking, the refs don't call shit, so I'm allowed to do whatever I want.
